Please ensure your shipping address is filled in accurately and completely. Incomplete addresses may result in undelivered packages or delays. In such cases, we may not be able to process your request.

1. Not Happy with Your Order

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 14 days of receiving it. The item must be in like-new condition with no visible signs of use or damage. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or our error.

Note: Customers will only be charged for shipping once (including returns). We do not charge any restocking fees. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us at support@pumaloves.com with a clear photo of the issue. Ideally, the item should be placed on a flat surface, with the defect and the tag clearly visible. Once confirmed, we’ll send you a replacement—no return needed. Your feedback also helps us improve our quality control.

1. Cancelling Unshipped Orders

If your order has not yet shipped and you wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at support@pumaloves.com. Include your order number for faster processing. Thank you!

2. Cancelling Shipped Orders

If your order has already shipped, you may still cancel it by refusing delivery. Once the parcel begins returning to us, we will issue a refund after deducting the shipping fee. Please contact us first to confirm the process.

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover:

  • Damage caused by accidents
  • Improper use or care
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Color/material degradation due to sun exposure
  • Aftermarket modifications

Products exposed to water are not eligible for return or exchange.

====================>> REFUND POLICY <<====================

If you feel the item you received does not meet your expectations, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • The product is completely non-functional or defective.
  • You did not receive your product within 60 business days .

Note: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Shipping Costs:
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error. Shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund if applicable. For items valued over $100, we recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance.

Damaged or Low-Quality Items
For fastest support, please email us at support@pumaloves.com with a clear image of the defect. Use a flat surface and ensure the tag and issue are clearly visible. Your report helps us improve and better serve you.
